Ollin Tea & Cafe

Ollin Café started when our co-founder was looking to offer a coffee similar to the coffee you find in Latin America. Hand Roasted coffee that gives full body, bold, but smooth flavors. After discussing the idea with a friend that knew how to roast high quality coffee beans, they both worked together to create the formula for a new blend “movement” With the idea of creating a new coffee movement Our Founder decided to name the company using the ancient Aztec language and “Ollin” was born. “Ollin” means movement in the Aztec language and it’s the symbol in the middle of the Aztec Calendar, pointing to the beginning of time.
