A & R Custom Butchering is not only a full service custom butcher shop but we also have a full retail meat counter as well as a deli serving customers all over Northern California six days a week. As a full service custom butcher shop, we can process all your wild and domestic animals custom to your needs, such as vacuum packing or paper wrapping your order. We also offer smoking, curing, and even make sausage and bratwursts. Our mobile slaughtering service is also available and will come to you for your domestic animal needs.

Our old-fashioned meat counter has a wide selection of choice steaks, chicken and pork. You’ll even find some specialty items such as alligator, bison, veal or frogs legs in our freezer department as well as seafood, bratwursts, hamburger patties and even dog bones. As well as an extensive line of spices, seasonings, local farm fresh eggs, and vegetables (when available) and more.

We are also an authorized Traeger dealer and carry a wide variety of marinates, seasonings, pellets and parts.

Our deli department is always there to slice meats and cheeses, thick or thin, just the way you like. Or have them make a delicious fresh deli sandwich for lunch or dinner. We offer daily specials as well as certain days where we serve up hot pulled pork sandwiches or our award-winning Tri-Tip sandwiches.
