About Pita Way - Commerce Charter
Usually, when “fast” and “food” go together, that’s not a good thing. Bland flavors. Lots of fat and calories. So-so service. It’s the way most places do things, but that’s not the Pita Way way.
Inspired by irresistible late-night Windsor kebab stands and drawing upon family recipes and culinary secrets provided by his aunt and grandmother, founder Brandon Bahoura set out to create an alternative to boring burgers and pizza. A 2007 Oakland University graduate with a Bachelors in Business Marketing, Brandon quickly found that his ideas received a warm reception from area residents.
The first Pita Way restaurant opened in Clarkston in April of 2010. Almost immediately, Pita Way became widely known for its great food, reasonable prices, comfortable atmosphere and fast, friendly service.
Seven years later, nothing’s changed. Brandon and Pita Way’s managers welcome customers of all ages for the same delicious, healthy, value-packed meals as always – and since people come back again and again, he knows most of them by name.
Now, Pita-Way offers 9 convenient locations (and growing) in Clarkston, Auburn Hills, White Lake Township, Fenton, Warren and Brighton (just to name a few), with more to come. Pita Way may have grown, but our commitment remains the same: To serve up fresh, flavorful, healthy Mediterranean food. To provide friendly, fast, efficient service, and to make every customer our welcomed guest.
