DALLAS CRAFT COMPANY was founded in February of 2014 as the Drunken Donkey Bar & Grill in Lewisville, Texas by two local couples. Our mission from the beginning has been to bring the craft bar experience to everyone in a fun, energetic, and inclusive environment.


We pride ourselves on our craft bars and kitchens with one of the largest selections of craft beer in town. Our digital beer list contains almost a hundred Texas-brewed craft beers year-round. Try some of the local favorites, big name craft brewers, or new up-and-coming breweries in our constantly-rotating seasonal selection.


Our kitchen features 35 beer-focused menu items and a broad array of scratch-made dishes. Try our Karbach Weisse Versa-braised corned beef Reuben for lunch or cut that Texas summer heat with a refreshing Lakewood Temptress Milkshake.
