Hiroshi's Restaurant opened its door on April 8, 2002, after serving the residents in the Puget Sound area through catering service of its signature "SUSHI & ROLL" along with a variety of JAPANESE CUISINE since 1997. Even if your guestsare not familiar with Japanese cuisine, we can always arrange it according to your request.
Chef-owner, Hiroshi Egashira, began his culinary apprenticeship at "Kawashou," one of the famous Japanese restaurants in Fukuoka, Japan, in 1981. With 7 years of experience as a master of Sushi at "Kamon on Lake Union" in Seattle after arriving in the US in 1990, he has become one of the most inspiring Japanese chefs in Seattle.
He loves his life in Seattle where he can enjoy his favorite outdoor activities including fishing, camping, mushroom hunting and golfing. He is a big Mariners fan since 1990.
He also likes to travel and has visited over 35 countries as a backpacker in younger age.
